NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
SYNCHRO SWIM ONTARIO AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SYNCHRO SWIM ONTARIO will be held:
 
On:           Saturday, the 22nd Day of June
 
At:            9:00 AM. (“Eastern Standard Time”)
 
At:           Sport Ontario Alliance Building
                3 Concorde Gate, Boardroom 3/4, 
                Toronto, Ontario M3C 3N7
 
for the following purposes: 

1. To receive the reports of the Directors and any other person that the Directors determine shall or may make a report;
2. To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31^st, 2011, together with the Auditor’s Report in respect thereof;
3. To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year;
4. To review and ratify any proposed amendment to By-Laws received at SSO no later than May 8th;
5. To elect Directors for two open positions in 2013; and
6. To transact any other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
