Toronto Synchronized Swimming Club is seeking a Head Coach for the 2012-2013 season. The chosen candidate will administer and implement the competitive and recreational programs offered by TSSC. This position requires an energetic individual who will manage all details of the competitive program including supervising and assisting the competitive coaches and their teams, approving all elements of team routines, creating training schedules and programs, weekly attendance at practices and supporting all competitive and TSSC events. Administrative responsibilities will include hiring of coaches, program registrations, pool bookings, and communication with parents and the Board. With the assistance of an assistant recreational coordinator, this position will also involve overseeing the operation of the recreational program at our various pool locations. Applicants must have current National Coaching Certification Level 2, NLS certification and First Aid/CPR is an asset. Successful candidates must be dynamic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. | Olympium Synchronized Swimming Club seeks qualified coaches to meet the expanding needs of our competitive synchronized swimming program. Successful applicants will provide coaching in our competitive program; including instruction of synchronized swimming skills and preparation of swimmers for competition. Coaches will be responsible for choreography, music selection, suit and head piece design.
